Hi there EA_Pulsar

I am a loyal fan of the Battlefield series. On October 15th, I spent 258 RMB to purchase Battlefield 6, but my account was banned for violating the user rules. I haven't even opened the game or played the multiplayer mode. I previously filed an appeal regarding this matter, but my game is still in a banned state. My level is only 1. I don’t understand why I was banned. Please help me, and I am willing to provide any evidence you need.
