Bf6 account linked to unknown email.

My Bf6 account hlon steam has been linked to an unknown email account. Its now asking for a 2 factor authentication that I cannot produce the code for as I do not have any access to this unknown account. I have tried making an ea account a linking it to my steam account but its told me that it can only be linked to 1 account in its lifetime and its been linked to this unknown Hotmail account. I dont know how to fix this and I cannot access the game.
