Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. I also appreciate you grabbing the DxDiag. After reviewing it, here's what I would suggest.
- Exit the Nvidia App completely. Don't just minimize it. Also, disable the following:
- In-Game Overlay
- Instant Replay
- ShadowPlay
- Performance Overlay
- Freestyle/Game Filters
Now, launch BF6 and see if it crashes. If it still crashes, try reinstalling EA AntiCheat with these steps:
- Close EA App
- Go to your Battlefield installation folder
- Run EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe
- Select Battlefield 6
- Uninstall EA AntiCheat
- Reboot
- Run the installer again and install it
- Verify the game files in EA App
Also, make sure you close all overlays:
- SteelSeries GG / Sonar
- Discord Overlay
- Xbox Game Bar
- MSI Afterburner
- RTSS (RivaTuner)
- OBS Game Capture
- Logitech G Hub overlays
- Any RGB software
If you're still having trouble, do a clean Nvidia driver install. Use DDU in Safe Mode to remove the current driver. Then, install the latest Game Ready driver. Do not install the Nvidia app if possible. This is just for testing.
Your motherboard also has an older BIOS. It would be good to get it updated. However, we have found there might be an issue with ADM chipsets. Don't install the most current driver, but go back one version. This is separate from the BIOS. The BIOS should be current, but the X570 should be on the version prior to the most recent one.
Let me know what happens. Thanks!
