BF6 Error 0:51002S:57019S
Hello, I need assistance with Battlefield 6 on PC. The game consistently fails at the “Connecting to Online Services” screen and returns error code 0:51002S:57019S every time.
I have already completed all client‑side troubleshooting, including:
- Full DDU wipe and clean NVIDIA driver install
- EA Anti‑Cheat uninstall/reinstall
- EA App cache reset
- Battlefield 6 reinstall
- Local profile reset (PROFSAVE files)
- Cloud save toggle and resync
- Firewall and security software verification
My PC is functioning normally and other online games work correctly. Battlefield 6 works on my Xbox Series X, so my EA account is valid. The issue appears to be specific to my Battlefield 6 PC online profile or entitlement sync.
Please perform the following actions on your end:
- Reset my Battlefield 6 online profile
- Refresh my Battlefield 6 entitlements
- Clear any corrupted Battlefield 6 cloud save data

I fixed my BF6 problem. I run a VPN so I turned off the VPN "Kill Switch" and then turned off my VPN. Afterward I was able to play BF6 with zero issues.
