BF6 Game/PC Crash (No Error Code)

Hello,

I have these issues on the Beta as well, and figured it might have been resolved by the time the full game came out.

Here are my specs for reference (I purchased the NZXT Ready Player 3 Prime in 2023):

  • RTX Gigabyte 4090
  • Intel i9 14900KF
  • MSI MPG Z790 CARBON WIFI (MS-7D89) motherboard
  • 64 GB of Team Group UD5-6000 DDR5 RAM
  • 2 TB of SOLIDIGM SSDPFKNU010T

I can play this game for about 30 minutes before the game crashes. No error codes, only closing of the application. I then attempt to gain access again, and it works fine on the title screen, but when I go into a game, it crashes immediately. If I continue to do this, after 3x, it will completely crash/blue screen my PC.

I have contacted NXZT, and after review, they believe it is an issue on the software layer. I have attempted to submit a case, but it is not present in the "My Case" section of my EA account.

Can someone please help?

DILLIGAF191271 then download OCCT, run CPU+RAM Test if it fails, disable EXPO in BIOS and try BF6 again.

FOR intel users, maybe disable XMP profile and test the same way before and after XMP with OCCT.

I did some more testing and I believe it has to be an issues for the EA AntiCheat.

I was able to play the campaign with no problem, but as soon as I go into a multiplayer game it will last for a couple of minutes then crash.
I attempted to detele and reinstall the anti-cheat with no luck. I'm redownloading the game now to see if it fixes it.

What is redicilous is the lack of EA support ticket ability. The one on their EA Help submission form does absolutely nothing.
