BF6 Hitting 100% CPU Usage Causing Lag/Stutter/Latency/Slo-Mo Issues

yeah all the "solutions" I've seen are all things I've done before I even looked up how to fix it.. I've been told my PC is bad but clearly ain't a system requirement issue if a bunch of people have this problem with seemingly zero fix
