Using a 9800X3d CPU and the game is eating 100%+ of that cpu. Optimization is in need. Running a 5090 and the game still uses 100%+ of the CPU is a little odd.

Are you running it over your refresh rate? Try to cap fps to your monitor refresh rate - 1. It may improve things.

But is your cpu overheating?
