Here's a fix that worked for me. I had 100% CPU usage and was getting 50-70fps on 11900K,
I went into BIOS and changed the gear ratio from 2 to 1 and this fixed it.
now I get 160fps and my CPU usage sits at 70%.
Hope this helps anyone out there.
