Personally, it's the opposite for me. During the beta, I didn't have any problems. My game worked perfectly, everything was very smooth (I'm also on PC, I got the Phantom edition on the EA app). But in the final version of the game, even the menu isn't smooth. My PC is having performance issues, even though I had no problems during the beta. I don't understand.
It looks like a memory leak. Check your VRAM usage.... probably over the threshold and taxing your cpu. I had NO issues with the beta either. I can't play the game until they fix it.
