Same issue here.

I've done reinstalls, BIOS updates, changed data within the game files, all not working. I reverted everything back to default in hopes they will patch this.

I've got i9-10900K, 32GB RAM, 3060 ti. This game should run smooth like butter but instead it just moves with a stutter.
