BF6 Hitting 100% CPU Usage Causing Lag/Stutter/Latency/Slo-Mo Issues

I tried EVERYTHING to fix this. Nothing worked... UNTIL>>>

 IN addition to the above user.cfg additions, add this line

GstRender.WeaponDOF 0

I tried every setting and video that I saw. THIS is what fixed my stuttering issue with 165+ FPS.
