There's a few YouTubes on this issue with the high cpu usage. You will create a text file in the root bf6 folder and drop some code into it. You will be basically telling the game how many cores and threads to utilize. It worked for me. My cpu usage went from high 90's to the low 70's and I saw an fps bump. I run an 11th Gen i7 with 8 cores and 16 threads. You'll have to look up your processor specs. Amd vs Intel and the like. Hope this helps.

CPU usage in the high 90's isn't bad! It's the entire point of having a CPU! To do work.
What you really did was hurt your 1% and 0.1% lows, which will make your game start to stutter and drop frametimes.
