Having the same issue on 12700k, 4070tis, 96G 3200, 4K@120 HDR w/DLSS.

The user.cfg method doesn't really work with my CPU with E cores.

The 1% low and frame time is extremely bad and I am barely able to play competitively.

nyavana1 96GB is a non-standard memory configuration. Some of the memory might be running in single channel mode.
How many memory sticks are plugged into the motherboard and what's the storage size of each memory stick?
