BF6 launch day EA app not working compensation

As requested by EA live support I'm posting this issue on the forum. On launch day I was unable to play the game due to issues with the EA app. I tried to play Portal but the game crashed to desktop...

Same here, went through all support channels, always brought back to the same automated message... very disappointing
