BF6 Missing daily login reward

We was supposed to be getting a daily reward from launch up to october 16th. I got the first dog tag "thank-ful" but nothing after that. I should have the "Steady Aim" player card background and "Deerstalker" vehicle skin but it's not there. I have logged in every single day and have been playing.

Could you please send my account the two missing items.
