BF6 Portal editor naming

What's up with all these names in portal editor? Because of it I can't figure out what some settings in various tabs are supposed to do. 

I've seen this issue since launch, but changing language in url to en-en (english) or es-es (spanish) helped, now it doesn't work and instead of names there are IDs. 

And when I try to remove all subdomains in url and press enter, it automatically switches to ru-ru and empty page.

Just for context: my browser is set to russian, but ea account preferences and page settings in footer are set to english, Why these settings are ignored and why it keeps switching me back to ru-ru I don't know. 

Can this be passed to frontend or whoever can fix this please? Would appreciate to see an actual fix instead of just a workaround suggestion.
