Got in touch with their support, was told that it's being investigated and that currently, no fix is available. Guess we just have to be patient and wait. I'll put another ticket up in a week or two to see if there's any progress.

Thank you for sharing that! Hopefully they do a global fix and not 1 person at a time, that would be crazy. I opened a ticket earlier this morning but never received an email confirmation. Hope they respond sometime soon ><

Will they fix this on mine as well even though I haven't reported the issue to them? Been looking for a while now not sure how to contact support but seems like a lot of people already have so would you advise I just sit by and wait until something changes possibly?

Highly suggest opening up a ticket and reporting it to them. The more it's reported, the more it's brought up to their attention.

After Purchasing I Contacted Them to Which They Labeled The Ticket Unsolvable 🤦♂️ And they said that they referred it to their Higher Ups I Hope They Fix This Soon

Sadly I think you’re just being given the runaround while they delay solving this. I bought the pro BP 11/9 and the issues of instant unlocks not working (among other things) persists. And because EA refuses to publicly acknowledge this is a statement, we’re absolutely screwed as consumers. I can guarantee they’ll acknowledge it as an issue publicly once we are either too burnt out to fight it or are ineligible for respective refunds. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible, and incredibly frustrating. EA can shove it.
