Same here, a bunch of stuff is locked and i tried everything, hopefully they'll fix this soon.
Just imagine, you opened this answer 27 days and the issue still remains
I am giving them one more chance with the next update whenever that comes. If they do not fix the issue or do something about this I am taking action to ensure they do not scam anyone else in the future. It has been close to a month and EA hasn't even acknowledged the problem. They had time to release that stupid sabotage mode with new skins and weapons. They could have said "we are aware of this happening, we are sorry, we are working on a fix" instead they are ignoring people and sending automated emails back to people that open tickets.
