Got in touch with their support, was told that it's being investigated and that currently, no fix is available. Guess we just have to be patient and wait. I'll put another ticket up in a week or two to see if there's any progress.
Will they fix this on mine as well even though I haven't reported the issue to them? Been looking for a while now not sure how to contact support but seems like a lot of people already have so would you advise I just sit by and wait until something changes possibly?

Highly suggest opening up a ticket and reporting it to them. The more it's reported, the more it's brought up to their attention.

After Purchasing I Contacted Them to Which They Labeled The Ticket Unsolvable 🤦♂️ And they said that they referred it to their Higher Ups I Hope They Fix This Soon

Can you link were to send the ticket or email?? I spent like 1 hour looking for it yesterday, wrote a long text about the issues, send it on EA Help. And today it says; "you haven´t created any support cases with your EA Account." Omg im losing my mind. I should never have paid for Battle pas Pro!
