I just received an email from the help support people, and they just told me its a known issue and that they are looking into fixing it, and that i dont need to do anything further on my end. When the issue is fixed all the locked content will be available. I hope it doesnt take long for the fix. Having a 30 dollar issue is pretty frustrating.
