Yeah this is utterly ridiculous. How do you not supply the most basic things people have purchased? All I have received are the same generic emails that are about pre-order content, not even the battlepass content I directly address. And then I am told to reply to said support email, only to receive another one saying that the email I reply to is no longer monitored. Utter scam.
