Got in touch with their support, was told that it's being investigated and that currently, no fix is available. Guess we just have to be patient and wait. I'll put another ticket up in a week or two to see if there's any progress.
I will not be playing in a week or 2. They can keep that! but I am not ,ever buying another one of their products
