Same here mate, I´ve already opened like 4 tickets, they all tell me to restart the game. The funny thing is that I cannot open my Ticket number and reply to the EA Support memember.
Im going to let you know all i’ve done without any solution.
1. Restarting game ❌
2. Fixing or verying cache integrity ❌
3. Restarting steam ❌
3. Restarting and executing and not executing PC on safe mode ❌
4. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game ❌
I was waiting for it to get fixed in this patch but nope

FYI they do not care about the tickets. Someone in this forum posted a reply from them where they said "I cannot help you right now because I have issues on my end. Reach out to us later" which seemed legit until I opened a ticket and they told me the exact same thing: "we are having technical issues. reach out to us later" and then they leave the ticket opened and it will say "awaiting customer response." So the ticket stays unsolved. It is computerized copy and paste. They do not seem to care at all about scamming so many people. I could care less about 30$ but something needs to be done to ensure they do not scam more people down the line.
