Bf6 ps5 redsec is absolutely broken

Why cant I play casual ever, takes 20min to maybe load a game. Im a dad and all my friends are parents who have day jobs and just want to play the game we payed 70$ for but never can. Is EA gonna fix this? Or just keep firing people?
