Still an issue

Hi all, long time gamer, first time poster on the EA Forums.  I like many others here have been hit with the disconnect error: 1:85008s:17862870170:-2146566144Q. It's booting me every few minutes, this is the only game I've had issues with it. 

I've had no issues with any other games or electronics regarding my Internet connection. I have tried a bunch of different work around suggested online, to no avail. I want to like this game & enjoy playing it (for the 2-5mins I get to) but it is highly frustrating when I keep getting booted, loosing what progression I've made. 

Does anyone know a fix for this? Or if there is a patch coming soon? This is reminding why I don't usually buy games day 1

I’ve been having the same problem. My son has no issues and we’re on the same LAN with very similar systems. I resolved it for a few days after using the manual installation app for the Javelin anti cheat software. But the issues have come back and I’m still trying to figure it out. 🤨😳

I keep getting disconnected from the mp servers for the last couple of days to the point I can't even finish 1 match. Ethernet, no VPN, Firewall is not blocking EA app or BF6 itself, turned off all the background apps. What else is there to do? PC, Central Europe, if it matters. Same issue here but the odd part for us is that my son has the connection failed error code on his PS log in but I cannot even play with zero issues on the same console. Make it make sense. I have done the same exact trouble shooting you described. Very disappointing

I’ve been unable to properly play Battlefield 6 for five days now. The game worked perfectly fine on day one, but after that, it became a nightmare with constant disconnects and random error codes.

Sometimes I can play for a couple of hours, but then the disconnects return. 95 percent of the time the game is completely unplayable. Occasionally I get into a match, only to be kicked out after a few minutes. The same error appears every time: 1:85008S:17862870170:-2146566144Q

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, paid extra, and can’t even play for more than a few minutes. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Restarted the console and router, switched to wired Ethernet, changed DNS to Google’s 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, enabled UPnP, opened the required ports, tested NAT Type 2, reinstalled the entire game, rebuilt the PS5 database, and even tried a different ISP. Nothing helps.

Other online games on the same PS5 and network work perfectly fine, so the issue clearly lies on the Battlefield 6 or EA server side.

Please acknowledge this as a critical connectivity issue. We urgently need a hotfix or a server-side patch. The game is currently unplayable for paying customers.

I can provide logs, screenshots, and timestamps if needed. Please escalate this issue urgently.

We all have the same issue. Id advise u go play something else like im doing. There is no use waiting arround for this.
