BFC via EA app not work

I purchased battlefield6 phantom edition through Steam earlier.

Recently, I wanted to receive the remaining rewards from battle pass, and I have an EA Play membership, so I purchased 1,100 BFC through the EA App. 

I paid $10 including tax, and my order number is  #1006451552456.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
