Blanket Fps drop after 1.1.3.5

Along with having to validate on steam before every launch to avoid crashes...

Same settings same pc components with the same clocks and Temps I am getting 30 fps less across the board in every map large and small. Every mode. 7700x and 9070xt used to run in the range of 150 to 170 fps in 1440p depending on map or mode. Now like 110 to 140 fps. I've checked all framecaps as well as the the laundry list of troubleshoots for this game. I am at a loss.
