Bought 1100 coins from store and I didn't receive them
Is there anything I can do? I have the proof of the purchase. I still have the 300 coins from BP pro

It looks like most of you are reporting missing Battlefield Coins on Steam.
We are currently investigating this issue as you can see on X from @BattlefieldComm.
Please make sure you follow those steps as it can help some players:
- Check your purchase history on your platform to make sure the payment went through.
- Restart Battlefield 6 and log back in.
- Play a full match to trigger a sync.
- Wait 24h.
