Bought Season 2 pro but never received BF coins

HI LANNA, i am a bit offtopic here but i need your help. I have purchased the season 2 Pro by paying 24 euros ingame but I already had the season 2 for free because of the EA app and BF6 not working during the launch so I have been granted free season 2 access. For the Pro i paid money and it was stated in the menu that because i already had season 2, that money will be reimbursed as bf coins. I never recieved those coins and i feel a bit dumb and cheated. the only reason i bought the "pro" was for the coins. please help me get a refund or the coins if it is possible.
