Bug with my players gun and arms disappearing

Ice Lock Conquest. I died and when i respawned My arms and gun were gone. I had crosshairs if i hip fired but if i aimed cross hairs disappeared and i still had no sights / gun / arms / anything.

I died to a cheater and soon as i died i tabbed to scoreboard, spawned with no arms etc' not sure if thats what caused it. FYI i reported the guy like 20 times, could you possible do something about him. hes clearly using tags / wallhacks whatever its called because using a drone to find the guy he always moves from his hidey hole before i get there and managed to shoot me in the back every sing time. guys a nearly 6 kd average hackjob. Its pretty blatant.
