Yeah I'm noticing that. I've had my EA account since 2011, I've spent thousands of dollars over the years. I'm subscribed to EA Play. Not saying I deserve anything special, just figured they would take me somewhat serious when I chatted with them, instead of making it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about.
It frustrated me that they couldn't honor the code card they themselves gave out at their booth for Battlefield 6. Just upsetting, I can only imagine what others are dealing with when it comes to actual problems. When I contacted support, I didn't think I'd have to jump through multiple hoops and still not get my card redeemed.
