California map issue with lighting

Does anyone know the setting to fix the outrageous lighting issue on the California map?

It is really annoying and makes that map (which otherwise is one of the best in the game) a complete mess.

Hey, I don't know if you're still having this issue, but I managed to fix it by verifying files integrity on Steam. 3 files were corrupted/missing. After this, the map looks awesome =)
