Can’t play any game mode while in a party

Me and my 3 amigos are unable to play together as a squad. It doesn’t matter between us who the party leader is, whenever you go to start any game mode the icon is “locked”. REDSEC does not work either, and speaking of REDSEC this was not happening until REDSEC was released. What’s even more puzzling is we are enticed with extra XP for playing in a “party”, but my friends and I are unable to play together. This is extremely disappointing, and my week has been ruined.
