I Tired again today Swagijuana and seem to work.
I went to the builder tool on my account made a new temp one then went to publish it. Then deleted it and made the one I wanted and saved it as unpublished. Then when in game and it showed up. Could be a work around for the minute assuming EA hasn't already fixed it.
I tried your method, but it didn't work. I was only able to access my map after I submitted it for publication (as if that's the only way to test it, while writing to the moderators in the description that you have a bug with access to test maps).
