I have found the solution that worked for me. Go to your browser on your mobile device (its what I used), go to PlayStation and sign in on your browser, click on your account (top right icon), go to games library and it was there at the top for me. Start download from the browser to your console

Having same issue.. clicked “redeem” and “continue” then nowhere to be found in my games and apps on Xbox. Tried to redeem the code again and says already been done so that doesn’t work. Not sure how to get it on my system. The email suggests downloading before the playtest but can’t because of the issue.
