Cannot equip any season 3 battle pass skins I bought:

I was 100 points away from buying the season 3 battle pass. I leveled up enough to unlock the free 100 coins in the battle pass and bought it. I had unlocked quite a few skins while I was on the way to get the coins and I cannot equip any of the skins except the ones that come as instant unlocks. Does anyone know a fix to this?

They have no idea when a fix is happening, just that one is on the way, after whatever they tried previously didn't work.
