cannot launch game, get splash screen then black box, THEN CRASH back to EA App

Been trying to correct since launch. I am using the EA APP and I launch Battlefield 6. The splash screen comes up, after the bar loads, I get a black box. Then it crashed back to the EA APP. Things ...

I have the same problem like a lot of other players. Have also tried every advice I found in forums. Without success.
There are so many players with the black screen problem but EA isn‘t able to fix it. Itˋs a shame!

Before I state the main issue, I just want to say that I have been having this issue since the Beta. And because of it, I was unable to play the beta for almost the entirety of its two week runtime. After the beta ended I decided to get back into BF2042 to tide me over until the release of BF6, and I encountered the same issue there. Now with Battlefield 6 released I am STILL encountering this issue. Here's what I know about the issue from two months of experiencing it:

9/10 times when I play the game on Steam, my PC will BSOD, and usually throw an error like: “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA), What failed: ntoskrnl.exe” or some other error (IRQL/ntoskrnl.exe is the most common one I see). This happens during random points during gameplay or when loading into a match. After checking my dump files and the Event Viewer, the issue always stems from a Memory Access Violation Error (0xC0000005) caused by the eaanticheat.exe. After scouring online searching for a solution, I believe I have tried every suggested fix I could find on here, Reddit, the Microsoft support forums, and a plethora of YouTube videos. I have tried:

Uninstalling/reinstalling the anti-cheat and the game itself (restarting the PC between installing)
Toggling my overlays (Nvidia, Discord, and Steam)
Toggling memory core isolation
Making exceptions for the game and the anti cheat in Windows Defender
Running the EA app, game, and anti cheat as admin
Verifying the integrity of game files
Running hardware and memory diagnostics
Scanning and repairing corrupted system files (there were none)
Updating drivers and Bios
Rolling back Nvidia Drivers

I am just so tired of debugging this game and I am posting this on here, PRAYING that someone may have a solution or is having similar issues like me and has yet to find a solution. Most of the forums I have seen similar issues on are 3 years old or older and don’t really provide any fixed that have worked for me.

If it helps my current specs are:

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti

CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700K

RAM: 32 Gb

So whenever I play BF6 it causes a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with a ntoskrnl.exe error. Somtimes it happens within 5 minutes and sometimes it only happens after 2 games. The dmp files point to the issue being something in eaanticheat.

I have tried so far:

- updated all drivers
- completely removed and reinstalled NVIDIA drivers with DDU
- Tried to repair the installation of EA Javelin Anticheat
- uninstalled and reinstalled EA Javelin Anticheat
- tried to repair the BF6 installation
- sfc/scannow found and fixed a few things but it changed nothing
- tried a Windows Memory Diagnostic which found nothing

This issue was also present in the OpenBeta but I just brushed it off for being a beta.
The game is fully released, the issue still persists and I don't know what to do anymore. No other games or programs on my PC are having any kinds of issues.

Please fix.

Didn't have the issue in the beta, but it's definitely present now. Extremely irritating.

  Same here worked perfect in the beta and now I get it at random times. Can't even get a dump or crash log in windows to figure out what's going on.

Hey, this happened to me as well - what fixed it for me were to disable EXPO/XMP in BIOS (if you've enabled it) so my RAM no longer runs at higher MHz. Something suggest that BF6 makes the RAM unstable when overclocked (Only had this problem in BF6).

  No it doesn't actually, my cudimm ram is oced at 8000mts, I got fans on it and a stable motherboard, never ever crashed on bf6. It's just that BF6 is extremely CPU, RAM AND GPU intensive, it will just highlight your system instability you always had hidden more than ever.
  Ram is the most overlooked component and yet the most problematic when it comes to app crashing weirdly. 80-90% of pc crashes actually come from this despite showing direct X error sometimes. Everyone should test their ram on hard stress test for at'least 4-6 hours when enabling EXPO/XMP. That's where you start to understand that gaining a few fps isn't a magic trick.

Update: I seem to have found a fix.
I saw a steam post (https://steamcommunity.com/app/2807960/discussions/0/600786083350120420/) and since I am running an intel 13700K I tested it.
Using Intel Extreme Tuning Utilities I actually downclocked my CPU from 5,3GHz to 5,2 GHz and I have not had a single BSOD in the ~5hours of gameplay since.

  this dude saved my sanity. Thank you, I tried everything. I have intel 13900k and it was set to 58 performance core ratio (now 50) and efficient core ratio of 43. Try intel Extreme tuning if you havent!
