cannot launch game, get splash screen then black box, THEN CRASH back to EA App

Been trying to correct since launch. I am using the EA APP and I launch Battlefield 6. The splash screen comes up, after the bar loads, I get a black box. Then it crashed back to the EA APP. Things ...

I have the same problem like a lot of other players. Have also tried every advice I found in forums. Without success.
There are so many players with the black screen problem but EA isn‘t able to fix it. Itˋs a shame!

I’m having the exact same issue Iv sat since release , would happen on the campaign I would turn my pc off and back on , close down all apps etc and it would be fine then after 15 minutes I get the message and my pc will turn off and restart.. then sometimes my game wouldn’t even open it would just restart.

I have tried everything

memory diagnostic (for my RAM) I get no errors everything’s ok

i downloaded the driver uninstaller and clean booted/uninstalled all drivers and downloaded new ones (even rolled back the drivers just incase)

iv reinstalled the game 4x since I saw someone say that in a previous post , iv also went as far as resetting my PC so its fresh , the moment I feel like Iv got it working I get hit with it again. yet all these streamers etc all seem perfectly fine

PC specs

4070 TI

i7 14700k

32gb of ram

so its not that my PC is bad. iv reached out to EA on twitter and nothing. Frustrating to be honest spent £90 to be able to play 1 game between crashing and restarting

Go to Documents >> Click on the Battlefield 6 folder >> And delete the CrashDumps file and relaunch the game. So far only had that one crash doing this after TWO AND A HALF HOURS of uninterrupted gameplay, and the game seems much more stable now after doing it.
