Can't access player menu to mute on PC

I have this weird bug where when I click on a squadmate in the leaderboard I can't access the player menu to mute or report someone (sometimes it works but most of the time it just closes immediately after opening). I just had a random guy on my squad play what sounded like a torture video while hot micing and I couldn't report or mute him so I just left the game and disabled voice chat. Hope this gets fixed soon...
