EA support sent me this meaningless response: "Thank you for your time and patience, as I can check that this issue is already reported to our team and our team is still working on it. I would request you to wait for some time till the issue gets resolved, till then please keep an eye on our official website for getting further updates. We at EA customer service make every attempt to resolve each issue, but sometimes a resolution is simply not possible due to problems beyond our control. For your inconvenience, please accept my personal apology that this problem has affected you."

yes i get a message when i try to add it to library which tells me the game is unavailable and i am not eligable when i have ea play pro
