Cant matchmaking error code 223004s

Platform : PC via Steam

i cant doing matchmaking with the error code 223004S

and then i go to setting and realize that my BF6 version still at ver 1.0.1.0 , 1 patch behind from the current patch 1.0.1.6

at first i got the notice while login to BF6 to restart the game to download the new patch, but after restarting several times nothing happen. Already verify game files from steam and still nothing happen.
