Can't play in normal servers , I just can play in server browser

Hello guys,

I can't play in normal servers, I mean when I enter the game and click on conguest. Game is very laggy to me.

But If I go server browser , set ''europe'' and choose a server , I play with 0 lag. (Tried on 64vs64)

Before update I was had constant latency icon on normal servers. But now I dont get any latency or lag icon but when I check on scoreboard list I see yellow lag icon near my name. 

Can you guys set my region europe ?  I live in west side of Turkey. Europe servers 40 ping for me.

How will we solve this problem.

Reset my region.
