Can't play multiplayer at all

I've tested my internet capabilities everything is within normal parameters however when I start the game and go to select a multiplayer game mode it searches for a game for about 5 seconds finds one and then I get a black screen followed by the battlefield 6 emblem and then a error report saying I timed out for inactivity and it does this every time can somebody please give me a possible solution to fix this especially after I just spent all that money on the season pass I would like to continue to rank up in that but I can't do that if I can't connect to multiplayer what the hell is happening can somebody please help me out
