Missing Items from Unrestrained Hunter Bundle – Manual Grant Request

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing regarding missing items from the Unrestrained Hunter Bundle in Battlefield 6. Some items from the bundle were delivered successfully, but the following items are still missing from my account:

Bear Down Player Card Background

Unrivalled Ursus Dog Tag

Unrestrained Hunter Weapon Sticker

This issue has been ongoing, and I have already explained it multiple times to different support agents across three separate conversations. Additionally, my communication has been interrupted four times, making it impossible to resolve the issue through the usual support chat.

I have already followed all recommended troubleshooting steps, including restarting the game and PC, checking inventory and collections, and confirming the purchase. Since part of the bundle has been delivered, it confirms the purchase was successful, but the missing items did not sync properly.

To help verify the issue, I have attached screenshots showing which items have been received and which are still missing.

Given the repeated attempts, interruptions, and the time already spent, I kindly but firmly request that the missing items be manually granted or resynchronized to my account as soon as possible.

    I would like to follow up on this issue as it has still not been resolved.

    It has been quite some time since I reported the missing items from the Unrestrained Hunter Bundle, and I have not received any update here on the forum.

    I have already opened an EA Support ticket, but the issue is still ongoing and the missing items have not been added to my account.

    Could a moderator or someone from the team please take another look at this case or provide an update?

  •  I am formally requesting an escalation of this case to a senior support level.

     This issue has remained unresolved for over 1.5 months despite multiple support contacts, live chat attempts, and forum posts. During this period, there has been no meaningful update, resolution, or clear communication regarding the status of the case.

     This is a paid content delivery issue, and the continued lack of resolution exceeds a reasonable support timeframe.

     At this point:

    •  The issue remains fully unresolved
    •  No effective corrective action has been taken
    •  There has been no transparent communication regarding progress
    •  I am requesting a full refund for this purchase due to non-delivery and failure of support resolution

     

     Due to this situation, I also no longer intend to continue playing the game and will not recommend it to others.

     Please escalate this case immediately to the appropriate senior team and provide a final resolution or refund decision without further delay.

  • Update:

    This issue is still ongoing and has not been resolved on my account.

    It has already been escalated as a bug and I was advised to follow updates via the forums/community managers, but there has been no resolution or further clarification so far.

    The missing items from the Unrestrained Hunter Bundle are still not delivered.

    Any update or visibility on this case would be appreciated.
