cant play

Good evening, I cannot play the battlefield 6 all of a sudden on my ps5 that I purchased the game on. It never prompted me to sign on to an EA account, so I just kept on playing since pretty much release. Saturday night I attempted to play when it stopped me saying that I needed to verify my EA account through an email and phone number that I did not recognize. I have never linked my PlayStation 5 to an EA account let alone this account I am currently using that I only used for Star Wars the old republic a long time ago. this has been going on for the past few days. I’ve sent multiple tickets, and no cases has been opened.
What can I do so I can play this game which I have enjoyed so far? I have attached an image on my own ps5 which shows an email and a phone number to an EA account that is definitely not mine. 
I have contemplated on getting a refund due to having no access to the game and potentially someone else playing on a game I bought.

    Thank you, but I’ve submitted at least 4 tickets or case request and it doesn’t show as an open case. I’ve been trying to find a live chat or something similar so I can contact your support team. I haven’t received an e-mail regarding any follow-ups to those submitted cases either. I just want whatever email or account unlinked from my psn so I can play again. I can provide any information you guys need from proof that it’s my own PlayStation to the battlefield 6 purchase.
