Can't submit support request

charged 3 times to many for useing paypal paypal didnt work got error but still got charged for it used visa it worked cant submit support request submit button does nothing all boxes filled ...

Does it help if you change the product category to something else? Also check if you already have any open cases https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/
