Collectibles buggged

Hi  everyone,

So - I tried to play the campaign again to get the missing collectibles for the skins and whatnot.

However, if I try to get them - I can`t.

Basically the tag is there  ( screenshot for evidence ) it glows but I can`t pick it up .

This is in the ' No sleep ' mission - but it happens in all of the campaign after I finished playing.

Here`s evidence that I don`t have that first tag which you can find in the first 2 minutes after you start the mission.

As you can see there is no progress so I didn`t pick up it up in the previous playthrough.

Is there an issue with the Dog  Tags now?

I tried to restart the mission , checkpoint and restart the game.

What I didn`t try was verifying the game files to see if there is any corruption but if anything I`ll do it if this solves the issue if anyone knows.
