Commo Rose Moving Screen

Does anyone else have this happen on PC? I use the commo rose and the whole orientation of the screen moves. Its flicks left or right. It's very frustrating when it happens. Its not all the time but maybe 70% of the time. Also, my hdr setting is broke. I cna't get them to match up in the settings. It was fine at first but now I have no idea what my hdr is set to.
