Connection Error 1:8600 1s 7530s:-2145844745U

I keep getting this error, have never encountered anything like this before. I cannot find a solution online. 

I have reset my modem/xbox/game multiple times. I have switched internet networks too. Nothing seems to be assisting. EA in their infinite wisdom don't have any options to contact for assistance outside of a ticketing system, after submitting one I don't even get any confirmation of receipt from them so I'm not holding my breath to find any solutions there.
