Connection error after s4 update: 0:66003S:4688822970:0B

https://help.ea.com/en/server-status/ says that I should be good to go.

I verified files on steam, deleted cache, cleared dns, restarted....nothing. I was playing BF season 3 right before the update. My computer froze and I restarted (overheating issue that i resolved), installed the update, and now I can't connect to any servers. Any ideas?
